What is IIE Spotlight
The Institute of Islamic Education (IIE), established in 1989 in Elgin, IL, is a nonprofit, full-time educational institution. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive education in the sacred and intellectual foundations of Islamic heritage.
IIE follows a classical teaching method, prioritizing close teacher-student interaction and textual analysis. We serve both brothers and sisters across two campuses and also provide part-time programs on weekends and evenings.
